Common Questions
For most, it makes sense to start with a Pro account.
For small teams doing 20-25 hours of calls with customers or potential customers, the Small plan is right for you.
For larger teams and enterprises doing more than 25 hours of calls with customers or potential customers, let’s talk about your research needs and custom pricing.
Usermuse provides useful insights from the very first recorded conversation. But the Usermuse platform starts to really shine after a couple of conversations, when the results gathered start to reflect the truth of what users think and want.
Usermuse was purpose built to allow any and all members of your team to use it. Anyone that is having conversations with customers or prospective customers should use Usermuse to gather product-level feedback for use by product teams. Some use cases to consider:
Sales & Customer Support – use Usermuse to automatically deliver first-hand customer feedback, sales objections, and feature requests back to product teams.
Designers & Developers – use Usermuse to facilitate and analyze their conversation with current or prospective customers.
Leadership – use Usermuse during their networking, fundraising and management meetings to relay feedback, ideas and priorities to the product team.
There isn’t another company doing what we do. That said, there are other platforms that help you recruit potential interview subjects/test users. There are also platforms purpose built for user research experts with years (or decades) of experience. There is no other platform that supports designers, developers, sales folks and leadership in having meaningful conversations with customers while at the same time providing an automatic feedback loop to improve your product.
Whether Usermuse is analyzing a new recording or one that you upload onto the platform, one hour (i.e., 60 minutes) of recorded time equals one hour (i.e., 60 minutes) on the platform.
We’re throwing quite a lot of AI compute at every conversation analysis, because we believe there is a goldmine of information there.
From an invoicing perspective, for those on the Small plan, we invoice based on the number of minutes of recording & analysis. For those on the Small plan the cost is $0.10 per minute for those on a monthly plan and $0.09 per minute for an annual plan. For example, if you’re on a Small Monthly plan and at the end of of the month, you’ve used 25.5 hours–your invoice would be: $100 (monthly fee) for the first 20 hours + $6.00 x 5 hours + $0.10 x 30 minutes = $133.00.
